Job Summary

With a presence in 9 countries and over 10,000 employees, Saica Group manufacture sustainable recycled paper, corrugated cardboard and flexible packaging as well as providing solutions for waste management and the recovery of waste. Our Flex division is a leading manufacturer of innovative flexible packaging solutions.

This role will involve working closely with customers to support existing and ongoing sales and business opportunities. The role operates within a small team servicing and communicating with our customer base to understand their requirements, update them on timelines, handle any complaints and provide them with end to end administrative support from point of order.

Responsibilities

•Be the primary point of contact with our customers and develop working relationships with equivalent job holder within customer's site.

•Deal with all day-to-day communications with the customer, including RFQs, orders, quality issues, OPAs, artwork, pricing changes & credit information, daily account management (including orders, call-offs, dispatch, manage stock levels).

•Provide regular customer status updates to senior management, and provide support for field sales team.

•Monthly account management, including budgets (monthly sales targets), performance reviews (quality, delivery etc).

•Maintain files accurately, complete all relevant paperwork, operate to set policies and procedures established as part of company management systems.

•Any other duties deemed necessary to fulfill the position.


Key Attributes:

•Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent

•Excellent oral and written skills

•Up to date knowledge of all Microsoft packages

•Competent user of a range of IT systems


Desirable:

•Previous customer service experience
