Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the finance team in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors regarding financial queries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a finance administration role.
- Knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
