Nightshift Warehouse/Forklift Operative

Alison Gray Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Nightshift Warehouse Operative with forklift duties for our client, a prestigious market leading printed packaging company, for a temp to permanent post.

• Location: Castlereagh, Belfast
• Rate of pay: £16.92 per hour
• Hours of work: Sunday Midnight - 6am, Monday - Thursday 10pm - 6am. NIGHTSHIFT

*Counterbalance Forklift Certificate is essential*

Main tasks of Job:

• Off loading, receipt, storage and stock control of raw materials
• Order assembly and preparation of goods for despatch
• Loading collection vehicles for delivery
• Data input of stock records and production of computer generated reports
• Waste segregation and waste control duties
• Performing other duties deemed necessary by the Warehouse Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

Essential Requirements:

• Counterbalance Fork Lift training and certification
• Previous relative experience working in a similar role within a busy warehouse
• A methodical approach to work
• The ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent accuracy skills
• Good standard of IT skills

Desirable Requirements:

• VNA and Rider Operated Pallet Truck training and certification
• Previous relative experience working in a similar role within a busy warehouse
