Bela Recruitment is recruiting a Purchasing Officer to work in Dungannon, Co.Tyrone, Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities
Issue purchase orders for products & materials.
Maintain procurement database, while supporting Buyers with admin duties.
Build relationships with internal & external suppliers and customer service team to understand business requirements.
Spot any potential issues with orders around lead time/delivery and notify correct colleagues.
Gather information from database to share with colleagues on stock levels.

Requirements
Ideally previous purchasing, buying or supply chain experience.
Experience raising purchasing orders, invoice resolution and getting quotes for orders.
Good experience using Microsoft Office including Excel.
Strong administration skills, attention to detail and good basic maths skills.
Great communication skills and professional attitude.

Rewards
Salary between £23,000 - £28,000
