Senior Marketing Executive

MCS Group are currently working alongside a rapidly expanding Greentech organisation, to recruit an ambitious, dynamic, and creative Senior Marketing Executive to join the growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global supplier on their next phase of growth and the organisations ‘can-do’ attitude and investment will bring exciting opportunities for the successful candidate. This role is pivotal in driving the marketing strategy and enhancing online presence. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in digital marketing, event management, and content creation, with expertise in website management, SEO, and the use of CMS platforms like WordPress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website management, ensuring content is regularly updated and aligns with business objectives.
• Manage and update website content using WordPress, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and branding.
• Optimize website content for SEO to increase organic search visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and event ROI.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with business objectives.
• Assisting with content strategy to increase brand awareness, developing and implementing marketing plans
• Create engaging sales and marketing collateral
• Manage lead generation efforts through LinkedIn, email marketing etc.

Essential Criteria:

• 3+ years’ marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing etc. or similar marketing industry qualifications
• Excellent communication skills, especially copywriting and presenting
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in social media, B2B acquisition, graphic design, web design, production, etc.
