Customer Service Fraud Advisor - Banking

Honeycomb are working with a leading bank in NI and are currently looking for temporary, full time candidates to join their Customer Fraud team.

This is an interesting role coming with great job satisfaction. You will deal with bank customers subject to fraudulent transactions including responding to customer calls in relation to confirmed or suspected fraud on their Debit Card.

This is a temporary ongoing role, 35 hours a week with hybrid working options post training.

What we are looking for:

• Have a keen eye for detail and investigation.
• Have experience working within a fraud department ideally within a banking institution
• Be comfortable asking the uncomfortable questions and challenge people with confidence
• Be comfortable asking the uncomfortable questions and challenge people with confidence
• Excellent communication skills.
