work in Dungannon, Co.Tyrone, Northern Ireland.

suppliers to ensure appropriative levels of stock are maintained.
Responsibilities
•
Issue purchase orders for products & materials.
•
Maintain procurement database, while supporting
Buyers with admin duties.
•
Build relationships with internal & external
suppliers and customer service team to understand business requirements.
•
Spot any potential issues with orders around lead
time/delivery and notify correct colleagues.
•
Gather information from database to share with
colleagues on stock levels.
Requirements
· Ideally previous purchasing, buying or supply chain experience.
· Experience raising purchasing orders, invoice resolution and
getting quotes for orders.
· Good experience using Microsoft Office including Excel.
· Strong administration skills, attention to detail and good basic
maths skills.
· Great communication skills and professional attitude.
Rewards
Salary between £23,000
- £28,000
