They are now looking for an IT Support Analyst to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to end-users.

Ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, you will resolve any hardware or software issues and manage IT service desk requests.

You will install and configure software, and support the network infrastructure, all while maintaining IT asset records and providing training for staff.

Additionally, you will:

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, software, and peripherals
- Administer user accounts, Active Directory, and Office 365
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve system efficiency and continuity of service
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and staff onboarding for software applications

About You

To be considered as an IT Support Analyst, you will need:

- Previous experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Windows-based operating systems (10/11/Server OS/M365) and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and remote desktop tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical issues to non-technical users
