  • You’ll be at the forefront of our client's global customer care and support function. Partnering with the Head of Customer Care & Aftercare Services, you will help shape and implement a strategic business plan that aligns operational goals with ambitious vision.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to your team, ensuring clarity in both everyday and high-pressure situations
  • Inspire and motivate your team to align with company’s values, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Set best-in-class standards for service teams, focusing on hiring, mentoring, and performance management
  • Build trusted relationships with employees, suppliers, and customers
  • Champion a “safety first” culture by ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
  • Drive continuous improvement by analysing warranty cost data
  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer experiences, develop training programmes, and work towards a unified technical support system
Criteria:
  • A higher education degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Care
  • Strong technical acumen in mechanical, electrical or hydraulic systems
  • A natural leader with a hands-on approach, who can motivate and empower teams
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, OneDrive, and PowerPoint
  • The ability to manage a varied workload while maintaining high service levels
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed
