Salary: £713.58 per week
Job Purpose
To lead a team of track workers to undertake all track maintenance activities safely, efficiently and to a high quality standard.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 3 years experience in track maintenance work.
- PTS certified
- Experience in recognising track failure mechanisms and methods of repair.
- Experience in organising people, plant, and materials to undertake repair works
- Ability to work shift pattern including regular nights and occasional weekends.
- Available outside working hours to respond to emergency calls and co-ordinate works
Desirable Criteria
- Previous supervisory experience
- Competent in track inspection
- Competent in TSC, ES and PICOP duties
- Full Current Driving Licence.
