Underwriter
Client:
Sphere Recruitment Specialists are representing an established
specialist finance firm that have been operating across the UK for more than 40
years. They have a small but friendly
and relaxed environment where you will get the opportunity to work with key
business decision makers and further your development as an underwriter.
Role:
- ·
Handling a wide variety of asset finance credit
applications and sometimes at high volumes
- ·
Applying built up knowledge and experience to
make credit approval decision either to decisioners or using own lending discretion
- ·
Assisting senior underwriters and directors with
assessing more complex applications
- ·
Performing credit checks and financial analyses
on credit applications
Requirements:
- ·
Experience in an asset finance or lending environment
- ·
Must be able to interpret financial
documentation including balance sheets, business accounts and bank statements
- ·
Ability to demonstrate commerciality and
accuracy in putting together a credit application
