Signatus are recruiting a Newly qualified solicitor up to 7 years PQE conveyancing, Wills & probate Solicitor for several growing solicitors offices across Belfast. This role is primarily based in Belfast but may involve some occasional travel to conduct client visits. Hybrid work options are available to be discussed if required.
As an NQ solicitor you will report directly in to the Head of Conveyancing and you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing files, Wills & probate, advising clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process, drafting deeds, and working closely with other members of the team to ensure that all clients are kept properly informed throughout each stage of the process. Existing clients include major residential developers and HNW individuals with multiple residential property portfolios. You will be exposed to and gain experience with detailed property contracts, leases and transfers involved in the sales of plots in freehold and leasehold projects.
Typical expectations within the role:
· Negotiate and draft legal documents related to property transactions
· Conduct title searches and review property records
· Prepare and review contracts, deeds, and other legal documents
· Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
· Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations
· Handle any issues or disputes that arise during the conveyancing process
· Maintain accurate records of all transactions
Who will this role suit?
NQ-7PQE in residential conveyancing ideally, but applicants at any level of PQE above will be considered.
A solicitor with an ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders such as estate agents, surveyors and mortgage brokers.
