We are representing a very well-known and reputable solicitors’ firm that specialise in Plaintiff litigation cases, in Belfast. There is an excellent opportunity for a plaintiff personal injury solicitor to join the litigation team of this successful firm and progress their career with high quality work and an excellent work culture.
You will join a medium sized specialist team of litigators who have developed a one of NI's most recognised practices over recent years. As a solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in a Personal injury solicitor role, you will offer experience in handling a range of cases from Employers' liability, Occupiers liability, PI RTA (ideally Credit hire) and/or catastrophic injury victims cases. You will also be able to demonstrate practical working knowledge of all stages of the litigation lifecycle. Solicitors with dual NI or ROI experience are highly sought after.
You will enjoy a challenging and varied caseload consisting of both county and high court matters and will also support senior Partner litigators in their day to day caseload management. Senior solicitors will have the opportunity to lead and run the most complex cases as well as mentoring other staff through their own personal development.
You will be given access to specialist technology software to manage your caseload effectively and ease the administrative burdens of carrying out your duties as a Personal injury solicitor.
What you will need to be successful?
· A qualified solicitor in either NI/ROI/UK
· At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. 4-5 PQE highly sought after. All PQE levels will be considered.
· Ideally strong Plaintiff experience however a mix of Plaintiff and defendant experience will be considered also
· Experience using Proclaim case management system or other CMS desirable.
