Key Responsibilities:
Technology Integration: Ensure seamless integration and operation of educational tools with the LMS.
Support and Training: Provide technical support, develop training sessions, and create user guides.
Collaboration: Work with the Learning Technology Manager, IT, and academic staff to deploy and enhance digital learning tools.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform regular maintenance.
Innovation: Stay updated with trends, propose improvements, and implement innovative solutions.
Data Management: Ensure secure handling of data and adherence to regulations.
Qualifications:
Degree in Educational Technology, IT, or related field.
Experience in supporting and training staff in educational technologies.
Proficiency in tools like Canvas, Eportfolio, Clickview, and AI platforms.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in an educational setting, preferably Further Education.
Knowledge of digital learning trends.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
