Hays are exclusively representing a leading Northern Irish company to recruit a Marketing Specialist in Belfast.

Your new role
As Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Assist in executing the marketing strategy for the businesses, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and procedures.
• Oversee content strategy for digital platforms and managing social media channels, reviewing and managing social media content and activity, ensuring accuracy and appropriate responses.
• Contribute innovative ideas to the overall marketing strategy and share industry best practices.
• Aid in pitch preparation and initiatives to win new business, maintaining up-to-date case studies corporate and business development information.
• Develop and deliver email marketing campaigns and newsletters for customers.
• Innovate ways to drive traffic to website.
• Use analytics tools to measure the performance and ROI of digital marketing efforts.
• Work collaboratively with wider teams to integrate sales and marketing processes.
• Support senior stakeholders on marketing plans and budgets.
• Attend client meetings when required.
• Collaborate with third party agencies and suppliers to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of services and merchandise.
• Attend industry specific events and manage social media activities of the event.
• Analyse and report on marketing results and budgets, and assess campaign success and inform future activities.

What you'll need to succeed

• Third level qualification in related field e.g. business, marketing, CAM
• 3+ years’ experience in a relevant B2B marketing/communications position
• Experience of preparing pitches and presentations, as well as events
• Expertise in design tools, e.g. Canva or Adobe for videos, graphics, communications etc
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Highly autonomous with excellent project management skills
