Location - Choice of location based in Cookstown, Lisburn or Omagh
Weekly pay - £21.99ph
Duties -
Digital Consultant required to review IT systems and apps used Rivers.
Applicant will undertake a review of Rivers digital processes/systems and their interdependencies and make recommendations as to future asset management systems.
This will require the consultant to:.
• Agree targets with Rivers senior management and provide regular updates.
• Engage with individual Rivers teams to identify current systems and future requirements/solutions.
• Review other Government bodies approach to asset management etc, EA, SEPA etc
• Work with IF106 Consultant to develop specific IT strategy for Rivers.
• Provide report to senior management on existing systems, highlighting strengths and weaknesses and way forward with a view to asset management solution.
Essential Experience & Qualifications required.Experience of IT project management and in particular Asset management systems related to civil service.Third level education and experience in IT system development/strategy.
Desired Experience and Qualifications.
Experience of IT environment in Civil engineering sector relating to flood risk management.Knowledge of ESRI products and survey 123.
