You will need:
·
A minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience.
·
Eligible to work in Northern Ireland and the UK and able to
take up a full time role.
·
Hold a current Driving licence.
·
Previous project experience in Healthcare is beneficial.
·
Knowledge of Revit is desirable
·
Knowledge of Building regulations and British/ European
standards is essential.
·
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work as part of a team
or independently.
·
Be creative and design conscious with a broad technical
knowledge.
