Hays is pleased to be partnering with a global organisation to recruit an HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As an HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Support with a variety of upcoming HR projects and initiatives.
• Be the first point of contact for HR queries.
• Support with employee relations issues.
• Assist with the implementation of compensation and benefits programs, and annual compensation reviews.
• Manage and maintain the HRIS.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation to improve HR processes.
• Analyse HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in an HR generalist role.
• Proven experience in supporting HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite and the ability to analyse data.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
