About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in Dungannon. In this key role, you’ll oversee the maintenance of refrigeration units and ensure the smooth running of all equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineering professional who can ensure high operational standards, and take ownership of equipment performance in a busy environment.

This is a sole role, so the ideal candidate will be happy taking on ownership of all things maintenance, repairing what they can and organising for outside contractors to repair everything else.

What’s in it for you:

• Salary of £45,000 - £50,000

• Day shift role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of maintenance for refrigeration units and related equipment.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Diagnose faults and oversee necessary repairs to maintain equipment performance.
• Liaise with the production team to prioritise maintenance tasks and optimise workflow.
• Manage budgets and ensure the availability of required spare parts and equipment.
• Be on-call for breakdowns 1 weekend in 3

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a maintenance role
• Level 3 qualification in an engineering discipline is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance issues.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
