Location: Belfast Royal Academy

We are the leading foodservice and hospitality provider across are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our talented team on a permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday.

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will ensure all work is presented to the highest standards in a clean, tidy, safe and pleasant environment. You will work with the onsite team and other leaders across our business to enhance the customer experience by effectively managing the cleaning team ensuring the cleaning operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company standards & procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• To manage the cleaning labour, equipment & resources budget for the contract in line with company targets
• To order supplies inline with budget for daily/ weekly/ monthly use.
• To ensure the delivery and quality of the cleaning operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company procedures.
• To work flexibly and attend off site meetings and training courses as required.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience with cleaning management
• Ability to liaise with colleagues, customers and clients at all levels
• Quality and process driven with particular focus on delivering results
• IT Literate (MS Office, Email)
