Early Years Quality Mentor

Early Years – the organisation for young children wish to recruit seven Early Years Quality Mentors to work within the Early Years Team.

The roles will cover a geographic spread in Northern Ireland: Omagh / Enniskillen / Belfast / Londonderry / Newry.

These seven roles will be responsible for the programmatic development, delivery, co-ordination and quality assurance of the pre-school ASPIRE project across Northern Ireland and the border region of Ireland. To contribute to the delivery of existing services and developments within the Early Years portfolio, with a clear focus on leading improvements within the sector.

The ASPIRE Project is a shared education initiative, funded through PEACEPLUS, and aimed at providing direct and sustained contact between children from all backgrounds. This multi-year, cross border partnership is led by Northern Ireland Education Authority alongside Early Years, the National Childhood Network, Léargas and Fermanagh Trust. Early Years will be leading on the pre-school element, and this is a fantastic opportunity to work on an ambitious project seeking to make a real difference to our society by embedding shared education from the start.?
