Accountant

Accountant immediately required working with Strategic Planning and Performance Group (SPPG) within the Health and social care trust This is a temporary position initially for 6 months and will be based in Linenhall Street, Belfast.

The working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00AM - 5.00PM with a pay rate of £22.37 per hour.

The Job Role will be part of the Team in the SPPG, duties include providing financial advice to Directors, programme of care leads and senior management within SPPG. providing key contribution to the use of budget allocation for health and social care.

Helping with local Budget changes and working with the Department of Health and HSC to develop local approaches to changing policy. Analyse and report budget changes with strategic planning on workforce.

What We Need From You:

• 5 GCSEs including Maths and English C and above
• Full membership of one of the 5 CCAB recognised professional accounting bodies or membership of CIMA
• 3 years experience in a finance department to include 2 years supervisory/staff management experience
• Hold a current full driving licence
