About you:
We’re seeking a strong Team Leader to join our Customer Service Centre
team to assist in providing an outstanding customer service for our customers.
You will lead and manage a team within a
multichannel contact centre environment. You will achieve this through
coaching, developing and managing the Customer Services Advisors against
agreed objectives and standards.
Your responsibilities:
The JD sets out most tasks, but it includes: -

Assist in the management and delivery of the Customer
Service Centre team’s delivery of a first class, professional customer
service overseeing and delivering general housing repairs queries and general
day to day business enquiries.

Ensure a quality service is achieved with a right
first-time outcome mindset, making a great first and last impression on all
customers and colleagues alike including responding to customer requests and
queries.

Maintain the day-to-day
operation of the Customer Service Centre department, taking ownership of
enquiries and ensuring information is efficiently and effectively handled
within agreed service level agreements to meet the expectations of our
tenants and customers.
