Customer Service Centre is currently undergoing some exciting new changes,

Customer Service Centre Manager
37 hours per week
42K - £46 Per Annum (Under Review)
About you:
We’re seeking a strong Manager to join our Customer Service Centre
team to assist in providing an outstanding customer service for our customers.
You will support in
designing, monitoring and analysing customer interactions and use this to
continuously improve the service we provide. You will act as a positive
member of the extended management team and encourage collaboration with
internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
The JD sets out most tasks, but it includes: -

Oversee the day-to-day
operations of the Customer Service Centre (CSC), ensuring efficient handling
of enquiries, complaints, and feedback through a multichannel approach.

Monitor key performance
indicators (KPIs) to measure contact centre and individual performance,
through analysing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and
implement tactics to enhance customer satisfaction and operational
efficiency.
