  • Must have previous Production experience of working within similar background
  • Permanent roles after probationary period

Working Shifts & Hourly rates (every 2 weeks rotational)

Day shift: Monday to Friday 7am to 3.30pm - £12.42phr (39 hours)

Evening shift: Monday to Thursday 15.00pm to 10.30pm & Friday 14.00pm to 10.30pm - £13.66phr (40 hours)

Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday – 10.30pm to 7.00am - £14.53phr (40 hours)

Job Description:

  • Hang metal products to be dipped
  • Heavy lifting and manual handling
  • Load and unload lorries
  • Quality check products
  • Any other duties as and when required by management.
  • Galvanizing is a simple process of corrosion protection consisting of dipping steel into a bath of molten zinc
  • Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a high quality decorative finish to a wide range of materials and products that are used by industries businesses and consumer
  • Full training provided
  • Certification during on the job training such as Overhead Cranes and Forklift license.

- Operate production machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and consistency
- Monitor machines during operation to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance
- Assemble products using hand tools and power tools as required
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Package and label finished products for shipment or storage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
