What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency across all aspects of installation.
• Work directly with the Managing Director to implement strategies that drive growth and achieve sales targets.
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring top-notch service from project inception to completion.
• Collaborate with surveyors, sub-contractors, and the marketing team to enhance lead quality and ensure project success.
• Lead the operations team to hit sales and performance metrics, while ensuring smooth coordination of installs and resource management.
