This role has been newly established to meet the increased demands resulting from recent acquisitions. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this position offers substantial opportunities for career growth and progression.

What you'll do

• Perform bank reconciliations
• Manage accounts receivable and oversee sales invoicing
• Handle credit control and reconcile credit card transactions
• Process purchase orders and invoices efficiently
• Prepare journals, including those for inter-company transactions
• Generate debtor reports and analyse sales variances
• Support the month-end processes
• Undertake ad hoc finance administration tasks, including monitoring emails and responding to telephone queries

About You

• A minimum of 2-3 year’s experience in a similar role
• Part-qualified candidate, Accounting Technician, or an experienced Accounts Assistant
• Motivated and eager to progress in your career
