Contracts Manager
We are delighted to be working with a leading NI based Fitout Contractor who deliver some of the highest-end projects across London & The UK. They require a vastly experienced individual to lead mutiple projects for some of the UK's most high profile names in hospitality, retail & leisure.
As a Contracts Manager you will;
- Overview of all aspects of Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental.
- Oversee the delivery, and prioritising client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborating closely with the commercial team to optimise financial efficiency on every project.
- Overall responsibility for quality & program timescales to deliver the project to the client.
- Collaborating closely with the commercial team to optimise financial efficiency on every project.
- Have CDM / Principal Designer experience
- Have experience using file management systems, Procore, Conject, etc
