VANRATH are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation based in Holywood, who are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Admin to join their team on a Permanent basis.

  • 37.5 hours/week – 8.30am-4.30pm

The Role

The Facilities Administrator will be responsible for efficiently managing the facilities helpdesk and ensuring that all compliance-related administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. This role demands strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilities management, helpdesk operations, and compliance administration.

The Person

  • 2 years' experience in helpdesk or similar role in facilities management, with a strong background in helpdesk operations and compliance administration.
  • Proficiency in facilities management software (e.g., Symphony MIS, Eworks, Ostara, Omni ledger) is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
