for an enthusiastic and experienced individual with a burning passion for
travel to join an incredible sales team.
The
postholder will use their leadership skills to inspire their colleagues to
create unforgettable journeys for clients. With a passion for travel, the
postholder will provide invaluable support to the Branch Manager and foster a
dynamic and travel-centric atmosphere.
Duties include:

Channelling a love for travel into coaching the
sales team and inspiring them to craft remarkable travel itineraries.
·
Sharing your extensive travel knowledge and
insider tips with clients, creating unique and awe-inspiring adventures for
them.
·
Collaborating with the Branch Manager to drive
sales, meet targets, and contribute to the overall success of the branch.
·
Create a positive and motivational environment
that encourages personal and professional growth for you and your team.
You will need:
·
1 year retail travel experience.
·
1 year sales experience.
·
Passion for travel to inspire others to explore the world.
·
Strong leadership abilities to support the Branch Manager and
guide the sales team to success.
·
Commercial awareness of the travel industry and its
competitors.
