Job Title: HR Officer/HR Assistant
Location: Cookstown
Industry: Manufacturing
Salary: £25,000-£28,000 DOE


Job Description:

Artemis Human Capital is excited to support our client with an exciting opportunity for an HR Officer to join their well-established and growing team based in Cookstown. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and delivering HR services across all depots, ensuring smooth people management processes, and supporting a growing team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise recruitment campaigns to support the business's growth across all departments.
  • Manage the full induction and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Generate monthly HR KPI reports and maintain accurate records using the HR system.
  • Provide professional HR advice and support to line managers, including handling absence management, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Assist line managers with training coordination and manage associated records and documentation.
  • Organise and coordinate quarterly communication forums to engage staff across the business.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • A relevant degree in HRM or CIPD or Working towards.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience.
  • A full valid driving licence for travel between locations and attending events.
