Associate Property Solicitor

Associate Solicitor, Belfast, Suit 3 years + PQE. Our client is a large commercial law firm based in Belfast City Centre. They currently wish to recruit an experienced Property Solicitor to work as part of a highly successful team on all aspects of commercial property.

The role will include the following:

· Acquisitions and disposals of land and investment property

· Leasing (both landlord and tenant)

· Development (commercial and residential)

· Support to corporate and banking/finance departments on property element of their mandates

Particular sector focuses of the team include:

· Renewables

· Retail

· Social Housing

· Residential/nursing homes

· Purpose built student accommodation

· Large scale residential development

The suitable candidate will be ambitious with good solid Property experience. At least 3 years + PQE working in a commercial law firm.
