- THE ROLE -
This exciting new opportunity offers the successful candidate to join a small specialist team of business/functional experts providing functional support to users of the University’s Student Records Information System.
They will be a team player who enjoys engagement with people, is motivated and able to prioritise/multi-task in a busy support office. The post offers a variety of duties coupled with opportunities to work on project teams to enhance the applicant, student and staff experiences through the provision of new and enhanced computing solutions.
- ABOUT YOU -
The postholder will be required to be:
- A foundation degree, or degree or NVQ4, or equivalent
OR
- A levels, BTEC HND/C, NVQ3 or equivalent plus experience in a user support related setting
- Experience of providing front line support, fault finding, investigation and resolution in a support environment
