The CSR Group has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to work on a large scale, New Build project in Belfast. The Contractor requires the Site Manager to have extensive experience in the day to day running of a busy large scale residential project.
With over 50 years' experience in the local market this position will provide an excellent career path in a thriving construction company. Applicants must have a proven track record working on projects valued £2M+.
Criteria
- Detailed project list of contracts £2M+
- Commercially aware, extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the construction process
- Thorough knowledge of H&S procedures
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Computer literate
- Supervisors Card
Duties
- Working Closely with the Project Manager and Site Engineer
- Management of Sub - Contractors and Direct Staff
- Key role in supervision of all works
- Carryout H&S checks
- Deliver progress reports and lead management meetings
