Junior IT Support Analyst
Location: Bangor (Office based position)
Starting Salary: Not disclosed
First salary review: On completion of initial probation period
Hours: 40 hours per week
Educational Requirement: ‘A’ levels (or equivalent)
Wilson Nesbitt is seeking to recruit a Junior IT Support Analyst for a full time entry level position in its Bangor office. The position will provide support to the firm within our innovative, experienced and collaborative IT department.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support on a range of IT hardware, software and network related issues
- Log service desk tickets, handle user queries and diagnose / deliver solutions to basic level issues
- Liaise and communicate with team members effectively to resolve/escalate more complex issues
- Build knowledge of firm IT systems to continually improve capability to support and provide guidance to colleagues
- Complete routine support tasks and processes in relation to IT support services
- Liaise with third party suppliers to address service issues or requests
- Liaise with colleagues across departments. Undertake assigned tasks that contribute to firm-wide projects or initiatives
- Uphold firm security standards and policies
Skills Required
- Experience of providing first line technical support (desirable not essential)
- Understanding of cloud services such as Office 365 and Azure (not essential/training will be provided)
- Familiar with Microsoft office applications
- Passionate about IT and customer service, thinks strategically and drives performance
- Keen to help others; demonstrates proactive and positive attitude
- Great communication skills and confident talking to colleagues/suppliers
