Our client is a well established food manufacturing company based near Dungannon, and are currently on the market for a Supply Chain Administrator to join their team.
This is a new opportunity to join the Supply Chain team, providing administration support and working with a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and observe the supply chain, collaborating with other staff members to improve efficiency
- Ensure timely product delivery and quality standards are met
- Manage the flow of goods and services through the company's supply chain
- Working with suppliers, chase orders, and generate company reports to aid production monitoring.
- Deal with customer quotations, handling customer transactions, correcting invoicing
- Review and investigate delivery discrepancies should they arise
- Raise purchase requests to accounts in line with customer key dates
- Input data onto customer portals and Excel as required
Criteria:
- Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, materials or similar role, ideally within food / FMCG / manufacturing sectors
- Strong communication skills
- High-level organisational skills and time-management.
- Ability to utilise Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Demonstrate initiative and a commercial mindset.
- Dynamic and pro-active attitude.
Salary is dependant upon experience and in the region of £30-40k.
