Supply Chain Manager

Energis is currently recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Manager for our busy food manufacturing client based near Dungannon. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimising supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the business.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business objectives
- Enhance and maintain supply chain systems to streamline operations
- Analyse and improve business processes within the supply chain
- Utilise company ERP system for inventory management and logistics
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve supply chain issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and Six Sigma projects

Qualifications
- Proven experience in supply chain management
- Strong IT skills, in particular excel
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis effectively
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable
