AWS DevOps Engineer - contract

Job Title: AWS DevOps Engineer - 6 months Contract
Location: Fully Remote
Contract Type: Contract (Daily Rate Negotiable)

We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer with expertise in Snowflake to join our clients global dynamic team on a fully remote basis. In this contract role, you will leverage your skills in cloud infrastructure and Snowflake to drive innovative solutions, optimise performance, and automate processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Deploy and manage Snowflake environments, including data pipelines, automation, and integration.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance performance, and implement new solutions.
• Automate workflows and improve team efficiency using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Monitor systems for performance issues and ensure high availability across all environments.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with AWS, including EC2, S3, VPC, and RDS.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake, including data integration and pipeline management.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in Agile environments.
