VANRATH are delighted to be partnered with an established cyber security provider on their search for a Senior End User Engineer. This role is based in Belfast on a hybrid basis (2 days in office and 3 from home). Working hours ares are standard 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday but flexibility is available if required.
Key Responsibilities
- Configuration and automation of end user deployments
- Application packaging
- Diagnosing and resolving end user issues
- Providing technical support to clients
- Mentoring junior team members when required
Essential Criteria
- Experience working with end user technologies such as Modern Workplace, M365, Azure, InTune.
- Working experience with patching solutions
- Working experience of data protection solutions
- 3rd line technical support experience
- Microsoft certifications are beneficial
