Reception Manager
Location – Waterside Health Centre
Salary - £35,000-£40,000
depending on experience
Hours – 37 hours per week
Status – Permanent, full time

RECEPTION MANAGER
Essential
Criteria
·
Educated to degree level / professional
qualification and have worked for at least one year in a managerial capacity
Or
4 years experience in an administrative role with one year in a
managerial capacity which may include either managing staff or managing
specific work projects.
·
GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) and at
least 3 other GCSE’S
·
Experience of working with the general public
·
Experience of administrative duties
·
Experience of working in a health care setting
·
Experience of leading / managing a team
Desirable
Criteria
·
AMSPAR Qualification
·
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
·
Leadership and / or Management
Qualification
·
Experience of providing appraisal writing
and staff development
