Job Title: Junior Product Owner
Location: Hybrid (Belfast or Remote)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

MCS Group is working with an innovative start up transforming the future of hybrid work. They're looking for a motivated Junior Product Owner to join their dynamic team.

About the Role:
You'll help build products that power hybrid working for businesses worldwide. Collaborating with design, development, and product teams, you’ll define requirements, write user stories, and ensure smooth product roll outs. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your product management skills in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritise product requirements for web and mobile.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and shape the product road map.

What You Bring:

• 1-3 years experience in product development or business analyst role in an Agile environment (internships or similar welcome).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for technology and building products.
