Key Responsibilities

- Using troubleshooting abilities to help provide solutions
- Work alongside other departments to support the organisation
Essential Criteria
- German, French or Spanish as a second language
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Proficient with outlook, word & excel
- Ability to present date in reports
