You will be responsible for helping to maintain customer service excellence. You will be supporting customers by phone and email as well as through other public forums, and helping with queries ranging from delivery to fitting issues. Duties will include:

  • Ensure customer queries are answered promptly via both telephone and email
  • Monitoring, responding, and resolving customer queries on Social Media
  • Monitoring and responding to customer reviews across various platforms
  • Calling customers when they request a call back s
  • Dealing with transport companies to track deliveries and lost items
  • Assisting our Accounts Department with the imputing of data into our accounts system if required.
What experience do you need?
  • Previous experience of working in a customer service or retail environment.
  • Previous experience in dealing with customers, both over the phone and by e-mail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and aiming for excellence in delivery.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate changing priorities, have high standards and be capable of multi-tasking.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
  • Self-motivated and confident decision-maker with the ability to apply solutions and a positive "can-do" attitude.
  • Confident in raising queries in order to optimise a good quality of service to our customers.
  • Ability to be flexible with work duties.
