Receptionist / Host - Coleraine - Full Time

About the role:- £Competitive pay rates
- Full time, temporary position
- Monday to Friday (possible Saturday work on a rota basis)
- Immediate start available
Your focus will be to assist customers, both in person and over the phone with reference to Sales, Service and Parts. Duties will include:
- To answer the telephone politely and efficiently
- To deal with enquiries, take messages or redirect calls as appropriate
- To always provide a friendly and helpful reception experience
- Greet customers, notify the Sales, Service or Parts departments of their arrival and always maintain a high standard of professionalism.
- Admin duties
- To ensure displays and refreshment areas are kept clean, fully stocked, and orderly
What experience do you need?
- Experience working in a retail or hospitality environment in a customer-facing role for at least one year or equivalent
- Confident, professional, and smart in appearance
- Basic IT and computer systems experience would be beneficial to this role
