About Our Client
Our Client, Northern Ireland’s largest commercial insurance intermediary, is currently seeking 2 talented Commercial Brokers to join their Commercial Insurance division in Belfast. Following their recent growth and acquisition, several opportunities are available for Brokers and Handlers who are ready to contribute to their continued success by delivering exceptional customer service to some of the region's most prestigious businesses and well-known brands.

Role Overview
As Commercial Brokers, you will be responsible for managing the full client lifecycle, from initial quotation to renewal. Working closely with Account Executives (AEs), your primary focus will be insurer relations, while occasionally visiting clients alongside your dedicated AE. You'll be handling a diverse range of commercial insurance categories, with typical earned incomes ranging from between £3,000 to £12,500.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage client accounts on a day-to-day basis.
• Support Account Executives in business development activities, including liaising with prospects, negotiating with underwriters, and ensuring regulatory compliance (FCA and PRA guidelines).
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism while striving to meet commercial targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Offer expert personal service and develop relationships with clients.
• Handle complex insurance needs of large organisations and manage client relations with ingenuity and integrity.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry and have or be working towards a CII qualification (or equivalent). Candidates within a lower end corporate division of another broker may also be suitable.
