MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturing company based in Ballymena, to recruit a Marketing Executive to join the team and support with the business marketing strategy.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans by both sales sectors and region.
• Manage marketing budget in conjunction with the Head of Sales & Marketing, ensuring maximum return on investment.
• Continuously develop the website and online presence to maximise brand visibility & lead generation, including analysis of Google Analytics & AdWords.
• Organise and attend trade shows, exhibitions, customer and merchant site visits as required.
• Develop a promotional & advertising plan for each sector
• Design creative, effective & innovative, communication tools.
• Contribute to new product development by researching customer requirements and identifying innovative ways to add value for our customers.
• Analyse marketing statistics and provide appropriate reports and ideas.
• Conduct research and analysis including target market data, current market share and competitor profiles
• Prepare databases of new business opportunities and follow up as required.

Essential Criteria:

• Third level education or equivalent experience in Marketing
• 2 years+ experience within a busy marketing role
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Experience in online marketing and social media
• Excellent IT skills & experience in related software packages
• The successful application will have the ability to travel through the UK and Ireland on business as required.
