Due to continued growth, our client, a multinational engineering & manufacturing organisation, based in Belfast, have a requirement for project coordinator to work within the project management team.
The role has a hybrid working option & is on a long term contract.
Candidates should have 3+ years experience of:
- managing and action project milestones
- project coordination
- Administrate governance reports for Program Managers (MS Excel)
- Review supplier reports, identify need for commercial coverage and initiate PO requests.
- Maintain departmental registers to the highest level of data accuracy
- Interrogate internal systems and update governance packs for management review
Candidates must have
- be familiar with budgets & budget management
- Project coordination
- strong interpersonal skills
- strong experience of Microsoft products - particularly Excel
- be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- 36 hour week
- 3 days on site
- 2 days remote
- Long term contract
