It's an exciting time at Sense, we now have an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our Residential Day Service in Carrickfergus.

We have a 12 month Fixed Term contract available for 25 hours per week, 48 weeks per annum, with the possibility of being made permanent, working Monday to Friday between 10am and 3pm.

Edenvale Avenue is a 10 bedded residential service supporting individuals with sensory impairment and/or complex needs, a beautiful service, offering a supportive working environment which is committed to quality, and an emphasis on training and development of our staff!

The high staffing ratios reflect Sense’s commitment to provide high quality services that meet the unique needs of the people we support.

You must hold a full manual UK Drivers License for this role, and be willing to drive the service mini bus.

This role in Carrickfergus might include supporting people with:
  • Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning.

  • Their social life and nightlife.
