Internal Sales Executive - Magherafelt - Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with both B2B and B2C customers.
  • Accurately describe and sell a variety of cover solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of our products and provide customers with exceptional service.
  • Generate customer quotations and efficiently input new work orders.
  • Follow up on quotes, close sales orders, and help the team hit sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team, Admin, Production Manager, and Team Leaders to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Assist the sales team with calls, orders, and day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Criteria:

  • Highly motivated with a flexible, proactive approach to learning new products and sales processes
  • Skilled in numeracy - comfortable generating quotes and processing orders
  • Able to interpret customer concepts and drawings, visualising custom cover solutions
  • A team player with a drive for achieving results and exceeding sales targets
  • Organised and able to manage and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong communicator
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
