Your Role:
As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key player in ensuring our projects are delivered within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You’ll collaborate with our talented project management team to oversee the financial aspects of each project from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, ensuring we stay on track financially.
- Procurement: Source suppliers and negotiate contracts to secure top-quality materials at the best value.
- Contract Administration: Manage contracts and relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Value Engineering: Lead initiatives that improve value and optimize project outcomes without compromising quality.
- Cost Control: Implement effective cost control measures and correct any deviations from budget.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and put strategies in place to minimize impacts.
- Change Management: Handle change orders and variations, negotiating fair adjustments to contracts.
- Reporting: Provide key financial insights and forecasts to ensure informed decision-making.
